Well this year at Trowns we are excited to share some advice and tips on customer journey.

One of our goals this year is to understand customer journey for our clients.

As the founder of Trowns has worked in Marketing, she plans to give insight on how to retain your customers.

Trowns services is about supporting you, especially small business.

The founder has years of experience in working in Marketing.

She started as a Marketing Apprentice and has experience in both online and offline marketing.

She decided to further her career at university as Business Management and MSC in Digital Marketing.

She has both hands on experience and theory too.

At Trowns we believe in every single business.

We also understand that business is not just about having followers or buying followers.

We understand the SEO and PPC campaigns is just not enough to build a good business. As much as ( Search Engine Optimisation and Pay Per Click) is good for business, you get the views but not the income then your strategy is not effective and it’s weak.

It’s not about being succesful and going viral it’s about making impact and turning your business in to a profitable business.

A profitable business is when they make income and now in a position they are winning awards, or you now hear them on the news or see them on television.

I understand the work smarter not harder, it doesn’t work everywhere. Our background in Digital Marketing we also understand the changes happening in the world with Artificial Intelligence and Marketing.

There is no doubt technology has taken over. However, Artificial Intelligence is not a substitute for hard work.

I came across many businesses that were succesful and known that had a good marketing campaign online but were bankrupt.

Understand from our experience both online and offline Marketing still matter and so does hard work.

When I look at myself I have so many ideas but it’s about planning, when you know your story planning becomes easy. Planning was never my strength.
